Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union Reno Branch is hiring a Branch Leader who delivers exceptional member service and drives AAA results. You will coach a team, manage branch operations, and oversee lending activities while upholding credit union policies and growth goals.

The role requires 3+ years in financial services, 1+ year lending experience, a two-year degree, and Costco familiarity with Symitar and MS Office. Competitive pay, benefits, and development opportunities await.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of financial industry experience, including 1+ years of lending.
• Two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or equivalent.
• Must meet all Branch Progression training expectations; Notary Public or ability to obtain within first 90 days; must qualify annually as Mortgage Loan Originator under S.A.F.E Act.
• Proficient in MS Office; Symitar experience preferred.
• Supervisory/managerial experience with 10+ staff; strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch team to deliver exceptional member service and AAA results.
• Track and improve productivity, accuracy, and sales/service metrics.
• Coach and develop team members; conduct regular 1:1s and performance evaluations.
• Partner with internal departments to improve member experience and branch operations.
