Qualifications

• 3+ years of financial industry experience, including 1+ year lending experience.
• Two-year college degree or equivalent required.
• Mortgage loan originator qualification (S.A.F.E Act) training or ability to qualify within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop branch staff to deliver exceptional member service.
• Coach team to achieve AAA standards and production goals.
• Manage daily branch operations and cash handling functions.
• Approve/deny loans as back-up for Branch Manager and monitor risk and compliance.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and staff development initiatives.
