Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years in financial industry with 1+ year lending experience.
• Two-year college degree or equivalent; Notary public or ability to obtain within 90 days; Mortgage Loan Originator qualification in line with SAFÉ Act requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop branch staff to deliver exceptional Member Experience.
• Lead branch operations to maintain AAA standards and ensure compliance.
• Back-up for loan approvals and branch manager duties; drive productivity and sales.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations; partner with internal teams.
