Job summary

Rally Credit Union in Brownsville, TX is seeking a Branch Manager Coach to develop Member Service Staff, drive loan and deposit production, and align branch goals with the credit union strategy.

You will train, motivate, and guide staff, review monthly performance, and create Individual Development Plans while ensuring compliance with BSA/AML and lending regulations. This is a full-time role requiring leadership and travel to other branches as needed.

Qualifications

• 5 years in a progressive financial institution with experience in new accounts and consumer loan origination.

Responsibilities

• Coach staff to meet performance targets and sales goals.
• Review monthly performance reports and interpret results.
• Create Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for staff monthly.
• Monitor branch sales activity including loans, deposits, and product sales.
• Provide guidance and training on products, procedures, and policy.
• Ensure compliance with BSA/AML, OFAC, CIP and related regulations.
• Develop coaching materials and curriculum for team promotions and training.
• Travel to other branches as needed.
