Job summary

Leapros Skilled Trades is seeking a Branch Manager to own people, customers, operations and P&L for a growing Florida branch. You will lead overall branch performance, manage budgets, revenue and profitability, and partner with field leadership to deliver projects safely and efficiently.

The role requires Traffic Control/MOT experience, strong hiring and coaching skills, and the ability to build durable client and DOT relationships with road authorities and municipalities.

Qualifications

• Direct industry experience in Traffic Control or MOT.
• Experience managing branch P&L, revenue, expenses and profitability.
• Proven leadership of branch operations, resources and staffing.
• Strong relationships with contractors, utilities, municipalities and DOT.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall branch operations and business performance.
• Manage branch P&L and financial results.
• Develop and maintain key customer relationships with roadway authorities and clients.
• Lead hiring, staffing, coaching, and performance management.
• Partner with field leadership to ensure safe, efficient project execution.
• Drive branch growth and continuous improvement.
