Job summary

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of state regulations for traffic control devices and materials.
• Active involvement in industry associations, coalitions, and state DOT collaborations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; Viewpoint software experience preferred.
• Strong financial literacy, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch production, budgeting, and financial performance.
• Manage shop activities, customer relations, and job site operations.
• Coordinate with estimating teams on capacity planning and critical path issues.
• Work with accounting teams on revenue recognition, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
