Job summary

Leapros Skilled Trades is seeking a Branch Manager to own people, customers, operations and P&L for a growing Florida branch. You will lead overall branch performance, manage budgets, revenue and profitability, and partner with field leadership to deliver projects safely and efficiently.

The role requires Traffic Control/MOT experience, strong hiring and coaching skills, and the ability to build durable client and DOT relationships with road authorities and municipalities.

Qualifications

• Direct industry experience in Traffic Control or MOT.
• Experience managing branch P&L, revenue, expenses and profitability.
• Proven leadership of branch operations, resources and staffing.
• Strong relationships with contractors, utilities, municipalities and DOT.

Are you a Traffic Control / MOT leader who knows how to manage more than the field? We’re looking for a Branch Manager who can take ownership of the people, customers, operations, and P&L of a growing branch!

If you've progressed from managing the work to leading the business, this could be the next move for you!

• Traffic Control / MOT Experience – Must have direct industry experience in Traffic Control, Maintenance of Traffic, pavement marking/striping, roadway signage, or traffic safety.
• P&L / Financial Management – Experience managing or contributing to a branch/operation P&L, including revenue, expenses, margins, profitability, and cash flow.
• Operational Leadership – Proven ability to oversee overall branch operations, resources, equipment, staffing, and project execution.
• People Management – Experience hiring, coaching, developing, staffing, and managing employee performance, including disciplinary/termination decisions.
• Client & DOT Relationships – Comfortable serving as the face of the branch and working directly with roadway contractors, utilities, municipalities, DOT representatives, and customers.
• Revenue Forecasting & Business Growth – Ability to forecast revenue, manage budgets, identify operational improvements, and drive branch performance and profitability.

What You'll Do:

• Lead overall branch operations and business performance, ensuring projects, resources, equipment, and personnel are aligned with demand.
• Manage branch P&L and financial results, including revenue, expenses, margins, cash flow, budgets, and profitability.
• Develop and maintain key customer relationships with roadway contractors, utilities, municipalities, DOT representatives, and other clients.
• Lead hiring, staffing, coaching, and performance management for branch employees.
• Partner with field leadership to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with customer expectations and DOT/traffic safety requirements.
• Drive branch growth and continuous improvement by forecasting revenue, identifying operational opportunities, improving customer service, and increasing profitability.
