Job summary

Leapros Skilled Trades is seeking a Branch Manager in North Carolina. You will own people, customers, operations, and P&L for a growing branch, advancing from project management to full business leadership.

Strong MOT/traffic control experience, client relationships and field collaboration are essential. You will lead hiring, coach staff, forecast revenue, manage budgets, and drive profitability while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Direct industry experience in Traffic Control, Maintenance of Traffic, pavement marking/striping, roadway signage, or traffic safety.
• Experience managing or contributing to a branch/operation P&L, including revenue, expenses, margins, profitability, and cash flow.
• Proven ability to oversee branch operations, resources, equipment, staffing, and project execution.
• Experience hiring, coaching, developing, staffing, and managing employee performance including disciplinary decisions.
• Comfortable serving as the face of the branch and working with roadway contractors, utilities, municipalities, DOT representatives, and customers.
• Ability to forecast revenue, manage budgets, identify operational improvements, and drive profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall branch operations and business performance, ensuring alignment of projects, resources, equipment and personnel with demand.
• Manage branch P&L and financial results, including revenue, expenses, margins, cash flow, budgets and profitability.
• Develop and maintain key customer relationships with roadway contractors, utilities, municipalities, DOT representatives and other clients.
• Lead hiring, staffing, coaching and performance management for branch employees.
• Partner with field leadership to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and per customer expectations and DOT/traffic safety requirements.
• Drive branch growth by forecasting revenue, identifying opportunities, improving service and profitability.

Are you a Traffic Control / MOT leader who knows how to manage more than the field? We’re looking for a Branch Manager who can take ownership of the people, customers, operations, and P&L of a growing branch!

• Traffic Control / MOT Experience – Must have direct industry experience in Traffic Control, Maintenance of Traffic, pavement marking/striping, roadway signage, or traffic safety.
• P&L / Financial Management – Experience managing or contributing to a branch/operation P&L, including revenue, expenses, margins, profitability, and cash flow.
• Operational Leadership – Proven ability to oversee overall branch operations, resources, equipment, staffing, and project execution.
• People Management – Experience hiring, coaching, developing, staffing, and managing employee performance, including disciplinary/termination decisions.
• Client & DOT Relationships – Comfortable serving as the face of the branch and working directly with roadway contractors, utilities, municipalities, DOT representatives, and customers.
• Revenue Forecasting & Business Growth – Ability to forecast revenue, manage budgets, identify operational improvements, and drive branch performance and profitability.

What You'll Do
