Job summary

Leapros Skilled Trades is seeking a Branch Manager to own people, customers, operations, and P&L for a growing Texas branch. You’ll lead branch performance, revenue forecasting, and customer relationships with roadway contractors and DOT representatives.

The role emphasizes end-to-end operations, budgeting, and staff development, with a strong focus on safety, profitability, and growth. A relocation package and a 10% annual bonus accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Must have direct industry experience in Traffic Control, Maintenance of Traffic, pavement marking/striping, roadway signage, or traffic safety.
• Experience managing or contributing to a branch/operation P&L, including revenue, expenses, margins, profitability, and cash flow.
• Proven ability to oversee branch operations, resources, equipment, staffing, and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall branch operations and business performance, ensuring projects, resources, equipment, and personnel align with demand.
• Manage branch P&L and financial results, including revenue, expenses, margins, cash flow, budgets, and profitability.
• Develop and maintain key customer relationships with roadway contractors, utilities, municipalities, DOT representatives, and other clients.
• Lead hiring, staffing, coaching, and performance management for branch employees.
• Partner with field leadership to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to DOT/traffic safety standards.
• Drive branch growth and continuous improvement by forecasting revenue, identifying opportunities, improving service, and increasing profitability.

Are you a Traffic Control / MOT leader who knows how to manage more than the field? We’re looking for a Branch Manager who can take ownership of the people, customers, operations, and P&L of a growing branch!

• Traffic Control / MOT Experience – Must have direct industry experience in Traffic Control, Maintenance of Traffic, pavement marking/striping, roadway signage, or traffic safety.
• P&L / Financial Management – Experience managing or contributing to a branch/operation P&L, including revenue, expenses, margins, profitability, and cash flow.
• Operational Leadership – Proven ability to oversee overall branch operations, resources, equipment, staffing, and project execution.
• People Management – Experience hiring, coaching, developing, staffing, and managing employee performance, including disciplinary/termination decisions.
• Client & DOT Relationships – Comfortable serving as the face of the branch and working directly with roadway contractors, utilities, municipalities, DOT representatives, and customers.
• Revenue Forecasting & Business Growth – Ability to forecast revenue, manage budgets, identify operational improvements, and drive branch performance and profitability.
