The position requires strong leadership, risk management, and sales abilities, with experience in supervising staff and building a customer-centric culture.

Qualifications

• Typically 5+ years of related experience, and at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• No Degree required; a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.
• Notary Public eligibility required in the applicable state.

• Manages priorities through planning and execution to drive all aspects of branch performance.
• Leads, plans and executes a branded sales process to achieve sales targets and customer loyalty.
