Job summary

PNC is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the Fullerton-based branch team in delivering a seamless, omni-channel customer experience. You will drive revenue, oversee risk, and develop talent through coaching and performance management, while fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture.

You will guide business development, community engagement and ecosystem partnerships, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines as part of PNC's Retail organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• No Degree is required for this role.
• Notary Public in the applicable state may be required later in the process.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute branch performance initiatives to drive revenue and customer loyalty.
• Lead a branded sales process to achieve targets and grow wallet share, including business banking and community involvement.
• Deliver a differentiated client experience through technology-enabled interactions and consultative solutions.
• Manage risk, compliance and operational excellence while building a high performing branch team.
