Job summary

REV seeks a talented Retail Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations and deliver exceptional member service in the local market. You will drive sales by turning service interactions into consultative solutions while managing budgets and risk controls.

You will coach and develop staff, foster a service-to-sale culture, and represent REV in community events to grow membership and assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business/finance/marketing.
• 3–5 years leadership in retail banking or financial services.
• Supervisory experience with staff coaching and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing branch team to hit sales goals.
• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Drive sales through service-to-sale interactions and solutions.
• Represent REV in the community and build local relationships.
• Monitor KPIs, manage staffing and budgeting, ensure risk controls.
• Coach staff and implement REV DNA framework for growth.
