QCR Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager in Retail Banking to lead the branch operations, client service, and sales efforts. This role supervises Community Bankers, Relationship Bankers, and Client Experience teams, ensuring compliant, timely, and courteous service to clients.

The ideal candidate will drive business development, manage staff performance, and uphold risk controls while fostering a diverse and inclusive culture across the branch network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent education/experience.
• Three years of banking, client service, or retail experience.
• Three years supervisory experience.
• Excellent client service skills.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to develop others.
• Understanding of standard financial reports and data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations, client service, sales, and supervision of staff.
• Develop sales and business development goals and objectives.
• Achieve or exceed sales goals for Relationship Bankers.
• Provide strategic leadership and manage workflow and staffing challenges.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of lending regulations and bank products; guide clients’ financial needs.
• Grow partnerships and expand the consumer client base.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff and manage performance.
