REV seeks a talented Retail Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations and deliver exceptional member service in the local market. You will drive sales by turning service interactions into consultative solutions while managing budgets and risk controls.

The Retail Branch Manager is responsible for leading the daily operations of a retail branch, ensuring an exceptional member experience, fostering a service-to-sale culture, and driving branch performance. This role plays a vital role in representing the REV branch in the local community, developing team members, and ensuring operational and financial success at the branch level.
