Job summary

REV is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily retail operations, cultivate an outstanding member experience, and drive branch performance. This role focuses on developing a high-performing team, maintaining compliance, and growing community relationships while ensuring financial success.

You will coach staff, optimize workflows, monitor KPIs, and promote a service-to-sale culture across the branch. The position emphasizes accountability and leadership within a dynamic financial services

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivale experience may be considered.
Three to five years of leadership experience in retail banking or financial services.
Supervisory experience with coaching, leading, and developing staff.
