Qualifications

• Seven years of experience in a retail banking branch environment.
• Five years of branch management experience.
• Three years of experience managing complex business and consumer accounts.
• Demonstrated sales ability and documented branch growth.
• Experience hiring, training, coaching, developing, and managing employee performance.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and client service capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and banking software applications.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including beyond regularly scheduled hours when business needs require.
• Current California driver's license and access to a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage for business travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage two or more branch employees and provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Direct daily branch operations and ensure compliance with procedures and regulations.
• Model and reinforce exceptional client service and resolve client concerns promptly.
• Develop and execute sales, relationship-building, and community engagement strategies.
• Lead community relations activities and CRA-related volunteer involvement.
• Monitor branch performance, budgets, and profitability, with cost-control initiatives.
