Job summary

ATCO Structures US is seeking a Branch Manager in Atlanta, GA within the Space Rentals division. The role oversees branch operations, P&L ownership, staffing development, sales leadership, and performance, leading a team of professionals and managing client relationships in office and field.

The successful candidate will ensure quality standards and project outcomes meet client and internal requirements, collaborate with manufacturing and office staff, assist with recruitment and evaluations,

Qualifications

• A college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven track record in managerial roles with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in modular building manufacturing or similar environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules and staff performance.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in field operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations and P&L ownership.
• Lead recruitment, training and performance evaluations.
• Develop staff and ensure cohesive collaboration with plant and office.
• Manage client relationships in office and in the field.
• Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure quality standards.
• Represent the organization with clients, suppliers, and industry groups.
