Qualifications

• 5 years of management experience in a production environment.
• Experience creating annual budgets and managing P&L.
• Experience in inventory management processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, hiring, and training of branch personnel.
• Oversee branch schedules and assignments.
• Manage branch revenue and profitability and provide regular reports to leadership.
• Conduct performance evaluations and address disciplinary matters as needed.
• Collaborate with sales to forecast demand and maintain inventory levels.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in daily operations.
