ATCO Structures USA Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager in Seattle to oversee operations, P&L ownership, staffing, and sales leadership for the Space Rentals division. Lead a professional team, manage client relationships in office and field, and ensure top-tier service delivery.

The role requires a college degree, 10+ years in management, and experience in modular building manufacturing, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• A college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 10 years working in a managerial role.
• Experience in modular building manufacturing.
• Exceptional organization skills.
• Excellent communicator, both with external and internal clients.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality standards/installations meet client and internal stakeholder requirements.
• Provide direction and support to create common goals and cohesive team effort between the manufacturing plant and office staff.
• Assist with recruitment, training and development, succession planning, coaching and annual performance evaluations.
• Oversee branch operations, financial management and risk mitigation strategies.
