Responsibilities

• Lead branch office to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Develop and manage all positions within the branch.
• Drive safety culture and ensure safety standards are met.
• Oversee pricing controls, productivity initiatives and cost discipline.
• Generate revenue growth through service products, parts and new equipment.
• Coach and develop branch staff; monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and HSE standards.
• Manage inventory, receivables and working capital.
