Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent industry experience required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 10+ years in the construction industry and 7+ years of management experience.
• Home-building knowledge in roofing, siding, gutters; sales experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and manage day-to-day market operations and profitability.
• Develop production plans and coordinate with Scheduling to meet customer needs.
• Represent the company with customers, manufacturers, and distributors.
• Review KPI reports and monitor job cost, P&L, inventory, and safety.
• Oversee branch staff performance, development, and staffing per budget.
