Job summary

Alpha Omega Construction Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead day-to-day operations in the Atlanta/Alpharetta market. You will drive sales, develop teams, and manage profitability in collaboration with the Director of Branch Operations.

Ideal candidates bring extensive construction leadership experience, strong P&L oversight, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and delegate.
• Proficiency with MS Office and related software.
• Ability to read/building codes and blueprints for roofing, siding, gutters.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement resource and production plans for commercial and residential exterior construction.
• Represent Alpha Omega Construction Group Inc and build relationships with customers, manufacturers, and distributors.
• Ensure branch profitability by monitoring costs, margins and policy adherence.
• Review KPI reports to assess demand, costs, and profit across market segments.
• Manage subcontractor master agreements and monitor quality, safety and productivity.
• Coordinate with Scheduling dept for material requirements and drop shipments.
• Support Business Development with accurate project quotes.
• Oversee branch staff performance, development, and staffing per budget.
