Bosch is seeking an HVAC Branch Manager to lead the Atlanta Market's sales and operations, ensuring safety, quality, and top-tier customer experience. The role emphasizes inventory control, pricing integrity, and strong leadership for branch staff.

You will oversee shipping/receiving, maintain SKU accuracy, and manage vendor relationships while driving sales growth and budget adherence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of branch/warehouse operational management experience.
• HVAC industry experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Support regional sales and operations activities and oversee all aspects of the branch.
• Create and maintain a culture of Zero Harm in the workplace and environment.
• Ensure proper training on equipment, with emphasis on vehicle and forklift safety.
• Investigate and address incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions.
• Maintain PPE compliance.
• Manage customer relationships and enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure efficient operation following current guidelines, policies, practices, and procedures.
• Develop and train branch staff, including hiring, evaluation, feedback, coaching, and disciplinary actions with HR support.
• Maintain 98% SKU accuracy in inventory; oversee shipping/receiving and product selection.
• Oversee pricing and margins on orders and make adjustments as needed.
