Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service and sales in financial services is preferred.
• Strong leadership and confidentiality standards are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Staff and Train staff to achieve goals.
• Assist members with transactions, account maintenance, loan applications, and IRA documents.
• Help Branch Manager meet branch sales and service goals with cross-selling.
• Troubleshoot systems and stay informed on regulations and policies.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed and communicate with the Branch Manager.
