Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of related experience in Consumer Lending/Financial Services.
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience, or completion of a lending training program within past 3 years.
• Bachelor’s degree or military rank equivalent; experience may substitute for education.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve loan applications using product knowledge to meet customer needs.
• Retain and maintain existing accounts, including lending and collections, to meet branch targets.
• Coach branch staff with actionable feedback to achieve goals and reduce turnover.
