Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service experience in sales/retail or cash handling.
• Pass drug, criminal and credit background checks.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional service to all customers.
• Process credit loan applications and present loan solutions.
• Maintain office cash with accuracy and proper security.
• Grow account volume through customer solicitations and good judgment.
• Minimize delinquent debt through calls and collections.
• Receive, track, and post payments and fees per policy.
• Transport money and deposits to and from bank.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
