Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years in a customer service-related field.
• Consumer lending experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales skills in financial services.
• Strong leadership skills and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Support Branch Staff by answering questions and developing staff.
• Deliver high-quality member service and process transactions accurately.
• Assist in achieving branch sales goals through cross-selling.
• Maintain knowledge of regulations and policies; support branch strategy and goals.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed and communicated to staff.
• Communicate effectively with the Branch Manager on all branch matters.
