Mountain America Credit Union in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to lead branch operations and people, ensuring exceptional member service while driving branch goals. You will coach staff, manage daily activities, and collaborate with the Branch Manager to uphold AAA service standards.

This role requires 3+ years in financial services, 1+ year lending, and a two-year degree. Notary or Mortgage Loan Originator qualifications may be required.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of financial industry experience, including 1+ years of lending.
• Two-year college degree or equivalent.
• Notary Public or ability to obtain within 90 days; Mortgage Loan Originator qualification under S.A.F.E Act.

Responsabilidades

• Lead branch operations and staff to ensure exceptional member service and achieve branch goals.
• Use proprietary tools (MVR, Value Analyzer, New Account Framework) to uphold AAA standards.
• Approve/deny loans and back-up Branch Manager for loan exceptions.
• Coach and develop team, track productivity, and support hiring and onboarding.
