Mountain America Credit Union seeks an Assistant Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations, drive exceptional member experiences, and coach a team toward achieving AAA service and sales standards. The role emphasizes leadership, compliance, and collaboration with branch leadership and partners.

You will oversee service excellence, support hiring and development, and help manage lending processes while maintaining a strong community presence in Billings, MT.

Qualificações

• Requires 3+ years in financial services with at least 1+ year in lending.
• Two-year college degree or equivalent required.
• Notary Public or ability to obtain within 90 days; MLO eligibility under SAFE Act.

Responsabilidades

• Lead branch operations to deliver exceptional member service.
• Coach and develop branch staff using AAA skills and leadership behaviors.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager and internal partners to meet branch goals.
