Job summary

Educational Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager in the Miami, FL area to serve as the senior leadership representative at the assigned location and model service excellence for members and staff.

You will drive branch performance, oversee loan processing, new accounts, and daily operations while promoting Credit Union products and solutions through local community engagement and outreach efforts.

Responsibilities

• Motivates, coaches, and develops branch staff to provide outstanding service and advocacy to members.
• Maintains expert-level understanding of branch workflow including loan applications, new accounts, cash vault, compliance.
• Conducts daily huddles and monthly staff meetings to recognize achievements and share updates.
• Participates in external networking and promotional events with local schools and community partners.
• Collaborates with Branch Services leadership to optimize branch business and expand membership.
• Supervises facility maintenance and vendors (ATM, custodial, security).
• Represents the Credit Union at community functions and leadership forums.
