Job summary

Educational Federal Credit Union in Homestead, FL seeks a Member Representative to deliver exceptional member service and consult on deposits and loan inquiries. You will resolve issues promptly, identify member needs, and refer suitable CU products and services.

The role requires performing a variety of transactions, supporting online banking setup, and coordinating at multiple branches, with occasional outreach at local schools and community events.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking or credit union member service.
• Ability to travel between branches as needed.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, cash advances, and other transactions for members.
• Prepare paperwork for wire transfers and handle card services, stop payments, and online banking setup.
• Assist with address changes, check printing, and statement requests.
• Explain basic features and benefits of credit union products and services and promote referrals.
• Act as lobby leader to streamline member flow and direct inquiries to the right resource.
• Support high school branch liaison activities and participate in community outreach events.
