Job summary

Qualifications

• Two to five years of financial services or related leadership experience.
• Experience leading a team of sales professionals in a financial institution or retail environment.
• Strong sales, analytical, leadership and coaching skills.
• Ability to generate branch revenue and deliver exceptional member service.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales and service professionals to meet/exceed sales goals and service targets.
• Directly work with members to identify and satisfy financial needs.
• Ensure branch operational excellence and high member service standards.
• Cross-sell products and services and manage branch operations efficiently.
• Create new business through outbound calls and community outreach.
• Oversee staff scheduling, training and compliance with policies and regulations.
