Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or five years or more of experience in Retail Branch operations, business development, sales and managing employees or equivalent related experience and training.
• Prior experience as Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager is preferred.
• NMLS registration; Safe Act compliant

Responsibilities

• P/L management: accountable for branch budget and financial performance.
• Lead branch sales activities and expand client relationships with full suite of products.
• Oversee operations: training, staffing, expense management, and adherence to procedures.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, and internal controls; develop staff and maintain brand standards
