Job summary

REV is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in North Carolina to partner with the Retail Branch Manager in delivering exceptional member service and operational integrity. The ABM will coach the Member Advisor team, support lending and business services, and uphold regulatory compliance across branch activities.

The role emphasizes leadership, performance coaching, and ensuring a high-quality member experience while guiding day-to-day operations and maintaining strong controls in a credit union

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail banking and branch operations preferred.
• Knowledge of BSA/OFAC compliance is a plus.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Supports cash operations, vault oversight, and ATM balancing.
• Monitors teller and advisor activities for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Acts as escalation point for member issues requiring intervention.
• Maintains branch documentation and internal controls.
• Supports audit preparation and policy adherence.
• Leads in the absence of the Retail Branch Manager.
