Job summary

REV Federal Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in North Carolina to lead and support Member Advisor teams, ensuring service excellence and solid branch operations. You will coach staff, manage daily activities, and uphold compliance and security standards.

The ABM collaborates with the Retail Branch Manager to achieve sales goals, supervise lending activities, and mentor Senior Members Advisors, enhancing the overall member experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail banking experience, preferably at a credit union.
• Supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of consumer lending, account opening, and digital banking systems experience.
• Must comply with SAFE Act procedures and banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and branch support to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Coach and develop the Member Advisor team to enhance service quality and cross-selling.
• Oversee high-quality member experience across transactional, consultative, and digital channels.
• Support lending and business account activities, including loan disclosures and documentation.
• Drive sales performance and track branch metrics to meet growth goals.
• Ensure compliance, security, and risk mitigation across branch operations.
