Job summary

Everence Services seeks a Branch Manager in Goshen, IN to lead the branch team, drive member engagement, and oversee daily operations and lending activities. The role emphasizes coaching, growth, and adherence to policies to ensure a high-quality member experience.

You will manage staff, supervise MSRs, and collaborate on sales initiatives, deposits, and service excellence to achieve branch goals.

Qualifications

College graduate or experience in a managerial role, preferably as a branch manager in a financial institution.
One year minimum of management experience and one year lending experience required.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and supervisory skills.
Excellent communication and public relations skills.
Thorough understanding of lending and deposit programs, policies and procedures, as well as related legal requirements.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain effective relationships with members.
Recognize cross-selling opportunities and refer Everence products and services.
Oversee onboarding of members and resolve issues referred by the office team.
Assist with implementation of Everence’s strategic business plan and sales practices.
Conduct coaching to improve the team’s sales and referral skills.
Ensure branch operations are effective and compliant with policies and laws.
Supervise branch MSRs and staffing for optimal performance.
Lead branch staff with a positive environment and regular meetings.
Pursue new lending opportunities and coordinate loan processing.
