Job summary

Elements Financial is hiring a Branch Manager in Indianapolis, IN to lead all aspects of branch operations, sales performance, and member experience. You will coach a high-performing team, manage risk and compliance, and partner with internal teams to deliver financial solutions.

Applicants should have a minimum of three years in leadership within branch banking or financial services, with NMLS and Notary Public designations preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years of leadership experience in branch banking, financial services, sales, or retail management.
• Must meet NMLS registration requirements and maintain an active NMLS License ID.
• Must obtain and maintain a Notary Public designation.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of branch operations, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, security, and an exceptional member experience.
• Drive sales performance, member growth, and financial results.
• Coach and develop team members, conduct performance discussions, and plan development.
• Manage risks, controls, and customer service standards while protecting assets.
• Lead adoption of AI and technology to improve branch performance and member experience.
