• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum three years of leadership in branch banking or retail management.
• Proven success in business development, relationship management and sales goals.
• Strong knowledge of consumer and business banking, deposits and lending.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations with emphasis on service quality, compliance, security, and an exceptional member experience.
• Coach team members to identify opportunities, deepen relationships, and deliver financial solutions.
• Resolve member concerns with professionalism, sound judgment, and accountability.
• Ensure branch standards, risk controls, and asset protection are maintained.
• Lead adoption of AI and emerging tech to improve performance and member experience.
• Represent Elements Financial through branch events, community involvement, and partnerships.
