Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, scheduling staff, coordinating with main office, and building community partnerships to support member service excellence and branch profitability.

Formación

• One year to three years of similar or related experience.
• Two-year college degree or equivalent education or training.
• Strong interpersonal, diplomatic, and coaching abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Directs operations of a small credit union branch to meet growth and service goals.
• Underwrites consumer loans up to policy limits; approves subordinate underwriting decisions.
• Hires, trains, coaches, and evaluates branch staff; allocates resources and approves recommendations.
• Maintains communication with main office and submits standard reports; attends management meetings.
• Develops community relationships and coordinates branch participation in local activities.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures; reviews branch performance and drives sales culture.
