Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• High school education or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist branch manager in operations to meet financial, service and growth goals.
• Correspond with loan applicants and prepare documents for approval and disbursement per policy and law.
• Review loans for proper collateral insurance and insure uninsured collateral.
• Help members open and close accounts and answer questions about products and services.
• Refer issues beyond authority to the Branch Manager.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and promote services to members.
• Provide supervision during the Branch Manager's absence and submit required reports.
• Assist in guiding branch staff and evaluating branch activities for policy compliance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
