Firstmark Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to lead daily operations, ensure audit-ready standards, and drive branch growth. You will supervise frontline staff, coach performance, and model the service culture that puts members first.

You’ll oversee service delivery, risk management, and sales execution, while building readiness for future Branch Manager responsibilities through development and accountability. This role demands decisive leadership and integrity.

Qualificações

• Requires 4+ years of progressive retail banking or credit union experience.
• Experience in a lead or supervisory role is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related field preferred.
• Strong coaching, performance management, and change leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily branch operations with focus on accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Provide leadership coverage for opening/closing, overrides, and issue resolution.
• Identify operational gaps and escalate risks to protect members and employees.
• Model and drive exceptional, member-centric experiences across all interactions.
• Coach staff to achieve relationship growth and product adoption.
• Support branch growth and service goals through daily execution and accountability.
• Develop frontline staff through coaching, feedback, and performance discussions.
