Job summary

First Citizens’ Federal Credit Union seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead a productive team and ensure exceptional member service. You will oversee daily operations, compliance, and staff development while promoting community engagement and partnership with business allies.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, handling member interactions, and driving branch growth while maintaining policy adherence and operational soundness. Bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years’ experience in a financial institution (teller or member service).
• 2+ years’ experience leading a team.
• Extensive knowledge of banking products, processes and compliance.
• Excellent relationship, communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; bilingual a plus (Spanish and/or Portuguese).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations including member experience and compliance.
• Lead team members, mentor performance, and address issues promptly.
• Greet members, assist with banking needs, and foster relationships.
• Ensure branch is operationally sound and adheres to policies.
• Collaborate with partners to meet branch growth and retention goals.
• Participate in community events to promote the credit union.
