Job summary

Crescent Electric Supply Company is looking for a Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations, drive sales growth, and ensure superior customer service. You will supervise inside sales, warehouse and delivery teams while coordinating with regional sales to support growth and account development.

The role requires leadership experience, ISO-aware operations knowledge, and a focus on safety and efficiency to achieve budgeted revenue and margins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, equivalent industry experience valued.
• 5+ years in electrical wholesale distribution or related industry.
• Prior leadership or branch management experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in ISO-compliant environments, audit readiness, and continuous improvement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff including inside sales, counter sales, warehouse, and delivery teams.
• Oversee inside sales strategy, pricing, and customer support to drive profitable growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with electrical contractors, industrial customers, OEMs, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with outside sales to develop new business and expand accounts; support and coaching as needed.
