Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent education and experience.
• Proven record of outstanding customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to consistently lead by positive example.
• Demonstrated proficiency using banking platforms and common office software and systems.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the daily activity of the retail branch by adequately staffing and scheduling the branch, coaching teammates, and measuring performance and client satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to all bank policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Protect customers’ confidential information and ensure proper handling.
• Improve customers’ banking experience by prompt service and resolution of challenges.
• Lead the LIFT initiative with staff to enhance sales approach and delivery.
• Review KPI dashboard results and coach for improved performance.
• Monitor referrals to banking partners and expand technology penetration with clients.
