Job summary

First Community Bank in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily retail branch operations, coach staff, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines. You will enhance the customer banking experience, drive sales initiatives, and monitor KPI performance.

The role requires a strong track record in retail banking, exceptional customer service, and proven management experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent education and experience.
Seven years of retail bank experience.
Three years of management experience within a bank branch.
Proven record of outstanding customer service.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily activity of the retail branch by staffing, scheduling, coaching teammates, and measuring performance and client satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines; protect customer information.
Improve customer banking experience by prompt service and resolving banking challenges.
Lead the sales approach and coaching (LIFT initiative) with staff for better delivery.
Review KPI dashboards with employees and coach to improve results.
Ensure branch operations are audited and comply with internal controls.
Assist customers with consumer loan options and ensure proper loan documentation.
Meet or exceed budgeted retail non-interest income through fee collections and card usage.
