• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent retail, retail banking, or financial services experience.

Responsibilities

• Builds a motivated and high performing branch team through recruitment, training and development; conducts annual reviews and salary recommendations; coaches sales and participates in branch sales results.
• Provides services to customers, including opening accounts and taking loan applications; refers inquiries to service partners when necessary.
• Represents the bank in the community and participates in civic and community organizations.
• Maintains integrity and compliance within the branch per audit and operations policies.
• Makes loan decisions and resolves customer complaints within guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
