Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 7 years Branch Manager experience in a sales and service environment
• Business development experience with strong community ties
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and production goals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Achieve all assigned goals and monitor sales-related results; lead weekly sales huddles and meetings
• Manage external sales calling program to grow customer base
• Provide positive leadership and mentorship to branch staff
• Participate in leadership development and product training
• Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction
• Collaborate with Assistant Branch Managers on daily operations and reporting
• Oversee risk management and regulatory compliance across branches
