Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience leading branch operations and teams.
• Knowledge of credit union laws, policies, and ENGAGE model.
• Ability to manage budgets, security, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily Branch operation and supervise staff to ensure member experience.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate personnel; support development.
• Maintain security, audits, cash handling, and compliance with regulations.
• Build relationships with the community to drive membership and loan growth.
• Prepare departmental budgets and monitor performance against plan.
