Job summary

Horizon Credit Union in Great Falls, Montana seeks an Assistant Branch Manager to support branch performance and member-focused service. You will coach employees, promote product knowledge, and help grow deposits and loans while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong community presence.

You will partner with leadership to drive service excellence, mentor staff, and maintain a high performing, growth-oriented branch culture aligned with Horizon’s CORE values.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of two years in financial services, banking, credit union, retail sales, or customer service.
• One year of supervisory, lead, or team leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated consumer lending skills required.

Responsibilities

• Help drive member experience and growth through sales and service.
• Coach team members to improve member experience and build loyalty.
• Support branch operations and loan activity to meet workload demands.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and core values in every interaction.
