Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: a four-year college level of language, math, and reasoning skills.
• Experience: Two or more years of relevant experience in retail banking or branch operations.
• Ability to oversee operations for a branch with under $50M in shares or loans.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily Branch operation. Maintain overall responsibility for results.
• Maintain security and conduct security training on a semi-annual basis.
• Build community relationships and support membership growth.
• Coach and develop staff to ensure ENGAGE model is used and employee satisfaction.
• Prepare and review department reports and budgets as directed.
